Returns & Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 3–5 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Custom & Personalized Orders: Due to the unique nature of custom pieces, these are non-refundable.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos, and we’ll work to make it right.
Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Digital downloads are non-refundable.
